About the Role PMO Junior to support the structuring, piloting and monitoring of our strategic projects. You will assist project managers and senior management to ensure governance, on-time delivery, costs and quality. What You'll Do
- Set up and monitor project KPIs and dashboards.
- Track schedules, budgets and risks.
- Consolidate project reporting and disseminate to stakeholders.
- Ensure application of project management methodologies and standards.
- Identify blockers and propose action plans.
- Support project managers in organizing and structuring activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, or university.
- First experience in project management or PMO (internship/alternance included).
- Good understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Cycle en V, hybrid).
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Rigour, organization and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Planisware, etc.); knowledge of PowerPoint. Compensation & Benefits
