About the Role We are seeking a PMO Data & IA for the banking sector to pilot and structure strategic data and AI initiatives. You will oversee project and portfolio tracking, budget management, and coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT, data) to ensure strategic alignment and governance with banking regulations. What You'll Do
- Pilot the tracking of Data & AI projects (planning, milestones, risks, dependencies).
- Manage and prioritize the project portfolio and produce consolidated reports for the management.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial controls within a strict compliance framework.
- Run governance bodies (COPIL, COMEX, DG Committees).
- Produce dashboards, KPIs and decision-support materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes. What We're Looking For
- Bac+5 (engineering or business school).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation / data / AI in a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of Data & AI issues and banking regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership capabilities.
