Brief Role Description

The PMO AI & Digital Solutions Analyst role is responsible for architecting the PMO’s digital infrastructure, reporting systems, and Jira/Confluence data structures. This role drives operationally by identifying, designing, and monitoring AI-driven workflow automations to eliminate manual administrative drag. The analyst serves as a strategic technical liaison, translating post-project lessons learned into scalable system guardrails and representing departmental tool requirements in department-wide digital initiatives.

Possible Tasks within this Role

IID PMO AI & Digital Solutions Management - 50%

• Own the sourcing and evaluation of AI and intelligent automation opportunities within the department.
• Measure and report on the specific efficiency gains and operational impact of implemented fixes.
• Act as the primary liaison pushing department requests through the formal Project Management Tooling (PMT) process
• Enforce standards for document ownership and information on lifecycle management.

IID Project Management Organization (Central) - 40%

• Creates and maintains protocols of primary project and department meeting rounds
• Collaborate with project and department leaders to define and document process, procedure, and best practice
• Supports clean and efficient documentation and management of department standards and policies
• Supports creation and maintenance of department status reports

Support for Chattanooga factory – 10%

• Support with analysis of infotainment topics during pre-series and series programs at the Chattanooga factory
