About the Role Waters Edge Lodge in Alameda, CA is seeking a PM Med Aide/Med Tech for the 2:30pm–11:00pm shift. This part-time role administers medications, assists residents, and responds to alerts to support residents' health and safety. What You'll Do
- Administer medications
- Respond to residents' needs promptly
- React timely to resident pull cords/alerts
- Assist with basic care and monitoring as assigned by nursing staff What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum 12 months healthcare experience or equivalent education in the healthcare environment
- Ability to speak English clearly to elderly residents
- Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired residents
- Current COVID-19 vaccination; Routine COVID tests; TB test; FBI & DOJ fingerprint clearance
- On-site availability; Part-time schedule; 2-on, 4-off; On-call/PRN available
- Must be able to work the PM shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) and be in a friendly, compassionate setting Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time, PM shift 2:30pm–11:00pm; regular 2-on, 4-off; On-site at Waters Edge Lodge
