PM Manufacturing Technician

Volt is immediately hiring a 2nd shift Manufacturing Technician in Colorado Springs, CO.
Ideal for someone who is proficient working with their hands, tools, cars, electronics, or mechanical projects and wants to build up to machine operation experience.
As an Manufacturing Technician, you will:
- Learn to set up and operate production machinery following established procedures and work instructions
- Operate computer-controlled and manually controlled production equipment
- Monitor equipment and make basic adjustments to support quality and efficiency
- Learn to use precision measuring tools to verify product quality and specifications
- Perform routine inspections and monitor equipment throughout the production process
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3pm - 1:30am
Pay: $21.50/hr
Ideal candidates will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Hands-on experience with machine shop, automotive, electrical/electronics, mechanics, vocational classes
- Comfortable working with basic hand tools and mechanical equipment
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, automotive, mechanical, or technical experience is highly preferred
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
