About the Role PM Dining Room Host at Chick-fil-A Glenwood Place is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, clean, and guest-focused dining environment during evening hours. This role emphasizes hospitality, attentiveness, and proactive service to ensure every guest feels cared for from arrival to departure.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly and conduct table touches throughout their visit
- Offer beverage refreshes, sauces, and proactive assistance
- Practice Chick-fil-A hospitality standards at all times and address guest concerns calmly; notify leadership when needed
- Maintain clean tables, floors, restrooms, and trash areas; keep condiment stations stocked and organized
- Monitor the patio, parking lot, drive-thru, entrance, and play area for cleanliness and safety
- Reset dining areas quickly during peak hours
- Uphold professional appearance and uniform standards
- Communicate effectively with Front of House leadership
- Assist with mobile orders, carry-out flow, or operations as needed
- Step into additional support roles during high-volume periods

Compensation & Benefits
