Role Overview

Job Title: Plumber

About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, water supply, drainage, and related systems across our facilities and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, sewage, and plumbing systems.
• Install and repair pipes, valves, taps, toilets, sinks, water tanks, pumps, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Identify and resolve water leaks, blockages, pressure issues, and other plumbing faults.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Carry out plumbing installations for new construction, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and urgent maintenance requests.
• Ensure plumbing works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, materials, and equipment used.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager, maintenance team, contractors, and other technical personnel.
• Ensure plumbing tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.

Requirements

• OND, Trade Test Certificate, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing/Building Services or a related field.
• 2–3 years' relevant experience as a Plumber.
• Practical knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewage, piping, pumps, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot plumbing faults effectively.
• Knowledge of plumbing safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in different environments and project locations.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
