Plumber

Plumber We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across our facilities while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll work collaboratively with our maintenance and management teams to keep our operations running smoothly, responding efficiently to both routine maintenance needs and emergency situations. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining sanitation standards and ensuring all systems comply with local regulations and health codes.

• Install and configure water supply and drainage systems in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry areas, and other facility locations
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes, faulty faucets, and malfunctioning toilets
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls to minimize operational disruptions and maintain facility functionality
• Inspect, test, and evaluate plumbing systems to ensure they meet safety standards and comply with UAE plumbing codes and health regulations
• Install, maintain, and service water heaters, boilers, and other hot water supply systems
• Connect and maintain appliances such as dishwashers, ice machines, washing machines, and related equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and system schematics to guide installation and repair work
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, installations, maintenance activities, and system inspections
• Coordinate effectively with maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams to prioritize work and communicate project status
• Ensure all plumbing work supports sanitation and hygiene standards, including proper installation of grease traps and drainage systems

Qualifications

• Required Skills and Experience:
• Completion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship or vocational training program
• Proven experience working with commercial plumbing systems, preferably in hospitality, facilities management, or similar environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex plumbing issues
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clearly reporting issues and progress
• Demonstrated ability to organize work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for handling tools, equipment, and performing hands-on plumbing work
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following established safety protocols
• Required Knowledge and Certifications:
• Comprehensive knowledge of local plumbing codes and health regulations specific to the United Arab Emirates
• Understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards as they apply to plumbing systems
• Valid plumbing license or certification recognized in the UAE
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and system optimization
• Familiarity with modern plumbing technologies and water-efficient fixtures
• Bilingual capabilities (English and Arabic) are advantageous
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive working relationships
