We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join the Facilities team at Ìsimi Lagos to carry out preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance across the Wellness & Polo Country Estate and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the estate related to plumbing.
• Diagnose and repair faults related to plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Collaborate with the Facilities team on maintenance and improvement projects.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in plumbing or the trade.
• Trade Test Certificate, Technical Certification, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills specific to plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings where applicable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality, estates, resorts, or large facilities is an added advantage.
