Job Summary
Seeking a Senior PLM Business Analyst with strong hands-on PLM configuration experience to bridge business and technical teams, gather requirements, support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and manage testing/documentation.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on PLM system configuration experience with the ability to work independently with minimal KT.
- 15+ years of overall PLM/business systems experience
- Mandatory Retail/Apparel/Fashion industry experience.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, issue resolution, and documentation.
- Experience supporting PLM, ERP, integrations, merchandising, product creation, planning, or production
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- SQL, Excel, BI/reporting, ticketing systems, Asana/SharePoint experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Important
This is a fully onsite role in Beverly Hills, CA, 5 days/week.
