About this role

Divisions and Products

Valeo Japan consists of four main divisions:

  1. Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

  2. Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions aimed at accelerating ADAS and reinventing the interior experience.

  3. Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to bring "Lighting Everywhere."

  4. Valeo Service Division: Handles aftermarket services for all products covered by divisions 1 through 3.

Note: This position belongs to the Brain Division.

Mission

  • Lead the design, programming, and installation of new automated production lines and robotics.
  • Continuously improve existing manufacturing processes to reduce downtime, enhance quality, and increase throughput.
