About the Role Responsible for programming and commissioning PLCs and industrial robots for automated machinery at Lear's Valladolid WIP Plant. This role supports Lear's expansion in industrial automation and smart manufacturing by delivering advanced automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
What You'll Do
- Program and commission PLCs and industrial robots for automated equipment and processes.
- Work with limited supervision on moderately complex problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation projects.
- Apply knowledge of electrical power systems, control systems, and debugging to optimize performance and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement and support the plant transformation toward smarter manufacturing.
