About the Role The role focuses on programming and commissioning PLCs and industrial robots for automated machinery at Lear's Valladolid WIP Plant, contributing to cutting-edge automation and production efficiency in an evolving operation. What You'll Do
- Program and commission PLCs and industrial robots for automated machinery.
- Ensure maintenance processes are developed and documented as established and planned, assisting with incident resolution and communicating unresolved issues to maintenance and equipment leads.
- Assist the technical team leader in planning and executing preventive maintenance during technical stops.
- Execute machine interventions, designing activities for investigations and tests, extracting conclusions and proposing improvement actions.
- Manage spare parts needs for both current processes and new projects.
- Participate in Level 1 maintenance, train operators in 5S practices, analyze machine performance and stoppages (KPI/ANDOM), and propose necessary modifications to reduce deviations.
- Develop Total Production Maintenance tools to identify deviations that could affect production, quality or safety.
- Participate in investigations where machines may have had notable impacts to enable informed decision-making.
- Execute and support the documentation of repairs, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance in EAM/ANDOM.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing and evaluating ideas to improve machines or processes and enhancing safety in equipment handling.
- Help define and develop technical training content related to machinery (lessons learned or technical procedures). What We're Looking For
- Educational background: FP2 / CFGM / CFGS in Automatic Regulation and Control Systems, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electronic Product Development or related fields.
- Experience or knowledge in PLCs.
- Skills in Electric Power Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, Debugging, Control Systems, and Continuous Improvement Process.
