Job Description

Supervise children and ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment.
Organize and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, sports, and recreational activities.
Interact with children of different ages and personalities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Maintain a strong awareness of child safety, safeguarding, and appropriate conduct.
Handle challenging situations calmly and responsibly, escalating concerns when necessary.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of children’s activities and guest services.
Maintain a friendly, approachable, and energetic presence while representing the resort professionally.

Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare and hospitality
Previous experience working with children in a hotel/resort, school, nursery is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant childcare/recreation qualifications are an advantage.
First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
