You'll work one-on-one with a child, supporting their learning, confidence, communication, and development through fun, engaging activities.

Your professional duties may include:

UNO DIPLOMACY: Negotiating a peaceful resolution after someone plays a Draw Four. ARTISTIC OPERATIONS: Creating masterpieces that may or may not resemble a dinosaur having an existential crisis. VICTORY CELEBRATIONS: Treating a little milestone like your favorite team just won the championship. SKILL-BUILDING MAGIC: Helping a child learn new skills and gain independence. HEART WORK: Supporting autistic children as they learn, grow, and thrive. GOOFY HUMAN ACTIVITIES: Being playful, encouraging, and enthusiastic while still being responsible.

Basically, you get to bring your personality to work AND do something that matters.
