The role This is a critical role in maintaining the health and performance of platforms that support live broadcast services. Your technical understanding, attention to detail and ownership of incidents will help ensure issues are resolved efficiently, service improvements are delivered continuously and customer commitments are met.
Success in this role will be measured through strong SLA performance, customer satisfaction and the ongoing efficiency of platform support.
What you’ll bring
- An understanding of linear and non-linear broadcast systems.
- Excellent customer focus, communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with good commercial awareness.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience, flexibility and the ability to remain effective under pressure.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about emerging technologies and platforms.
