Job title: Platform Solutions Engineer
About the Role A Platform Solutions Engineer to help clients deploy and configure the Trivelta turnkey platform including sportsbook, casino, payments, CRM and player management, with pre-integrated modules and no custom development. You’ll enable rapid go-lives across markets and drive adoption of a single core, wallet, and back office.
What You'll Do
- Lead platform configuration to brand and market requirements using the single hub
- Manage, configure, and test integrations for payments, KYC, sportsbook feeds, and CRM end-to-end
- Coordinate native iOS/Android app builds and app store submissions in parallel
- Perform QA, compliance checks, and ensure readiness for regulatory approvals
- Localize language strings and content per market; shape modules, colors, and language without code
- Support go-live and provide ongoing multilingual support for the first 30 days during hypercare
- Collaborate with operators and stakeholders to optimize cross-market rollout and performance
What We're Looking For
- Experience deploying and configuring iGaming platforms or similar SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with KYC/AML, PAMKYC, SEON fraud prevention, and compliance workflows
- Ability to configure branding and product modules without custom development
- Knowledge of sportsbook feeds, casino catalogs, and gaming providers
- Experience with mobile-native apps and push notification strategies
- Strong cross-market localization capabilities and stakeholder management
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Sportradar, Genius Sports, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO, Spribe, and similar providers
- Familiarity with social features, leaderboards, tournaments, referrals, and gamification
- Case studies showing multi-market deployments (Africa, LATAM, DRC or similar)
