About the Role The Platform Scientific Intelligence Platform team at Dotmatics develops AI-powered data management and workflow automation for multimodal scientific discovery. This role focuses on building and enhancing the platform to enable researchers across chemistry, materials, bioinformatics, and proteomics to uncover actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and scientific teams to design, implement, and maintain platform features for data management, analytics, and visualization.
- Develop and optimize data processing pipelines and analytics workflows that support multimodal discovery.
- Create user-focused experiences, including on-demand product tours and demos to showcase platform capabilities.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and secure data handling in a fast-paced scientific software environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience contributing to AI-powered data management platforms or scientific software.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with cheminformatics, bioinformatics, proteomics, or related life sciences data domains.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Degree in computer science, bioinformatics, computational chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud environments, multimodal data platforms, or scientific R&D software deployments.
