Job title: Platform Orchestrator Engineer
About the Role Join Humanitec to help build and scale the Platform Orchestrator, drift detection, and rollback capabilities that keep production aligned with declared configs. You will work on surfacing precise diffs, mapping dependencies, and enabling fast, confident remediation across environments.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Orchestrator features that detect drift, show exact workload/environment mismatches, and enable single-click rollbacks.
- Integrate drift signals with existing observability stacks to surface issues in real time.
- Drill into the resource graph to pinpoint the exact node and configuration causing drift.
- Support incident response with clear blast-radius analysis and safe remediation paths.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, IaC, and incident response.
- Familiarity with platform orchestration concepts, drift detection, and rollbacks.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to restore compliant states quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP, and monitoring tools.
- Hands-on with building or integrating IDP workflows or deployment pipelines.
