About the Role Join Humanitec to help implement secure guardrails across apps, users, environments and resources. This role focuses on enabling fast, safe deployments by enforcing policy-driven configurations via the Platform Orchestrator and RBAC.
What You'll Do
- Define and enforce granular RBAC across the entire platform (org, app, environment) and integrate with enterprise SAML
- Design policy checks and sign-off workflows in deployment pipelines, securely managing releases between environments
- Configure the Platform Orchestrator to regenerate app and infrastructure configurations with every deployment while maintaining an audit trail
- Enforce global configurations (VPC settings, labels, annotations, parameterization) across platforms
- Audit deployments and provide a searchable endpoint/interface to analyze changes
- Implement automated, secure secrets injection into workloads using placeholders so secrets are never written down or viewed by developers
What We're Looking For
- Experience with platform engineering and a security-first mindset
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, SAML integration, and enterprise security practices
- Experience configuring deployment pipelines, policy checks, and sign-off workflows
- Familiarity with infrastructure configuration management, auditing, and secrets management
- Ability to communicate effectively with security and platform teams
