About the Role Cloudinary’s Platform / DAM Assets ecosystem powers AI-enabled asset management for developers, marketers, and enterprise ops. This role focuses on leveraging Cloudinary’s AI-driven DAM tools to enable scalable asset lifecycles across teams.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with AI Agents to automate common asset workflows across the lifecycle (upload, tagging, review, rights, etc.).
- Utilize the Upload API for integrations and custom interfaces to ingest assets from Anywhere.
- Implement automated metadata tagging and taxonomy management to keep libraries clean, searchable, and consistent.
- Help manage search & discoverability, access control, workflow automation, moderation, and approval processes across tools and channels.
- Monitor asset analytics dashboards to track performance and guide content optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) concepts, metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and search.
- Familiarity with API-first platforms, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of rights management, content approval, and brand governance.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, operations) in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI and GenAI capabilities within asset workflows (Generative Captions, Generative Fill, Moderation Agents, etc.).
- Familiarity with Cloudinary’s AI Agents and demo resources (Taxonomy Agent, Search Agent, Workflow Agent, Moderation Agent).
- Knowledge of content adaptation across channels (multichannel delivery, responsive images, video cropping).
