Job title: Platform Architect - UK R&D

About the Role Platform Architect at Cyera, bridging R&D and Field Sales Engineering/Customer Success to ensure cloud security solutions are effectively designed, deployed, and operated. You will translate technical requirements and feedback between teams, solve complex problems, and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to help secure AI adoption.

What You'll Do

• Bridge R&D and Field Teams: Act as a liaison between the R&D team and Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams; translate technical requirements and feedback to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Operationalize Cloud Security Solutions: Assist in the deployment and operationalization of complex cloud security solutions; ensure all components function effectively and are integrated smoothly.
• Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Use strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly; prioritize tasks to resolve high-impact issues in a timely manner.
• Enhance Customer Relationships: Maintain pleasant, professional relationships with all stakeholders; provide expert guidance and support to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to boost customer satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud security; provide technical insights and recommendations to improve product features and performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the cloud security domain.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Certifications in cloud security or related fields are a plus.
