About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Platform Architect to bridge the gap between our R&D team and Field Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams. The role focuses on translating technical requirements, deploying cloud security solutions, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure secure and scalable AI adoption.
What You'll Do
- Bridge R&D and Field Teams: Act as a liaison between the R&D team and Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams, translating technical requirements and feedback to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Operationalize Cloud Security Solutions: Assist in the deployment and operationalization of complex cloud security solutions, ensuring all components function effectively and are integrated smoothly.
- Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Utilize analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly; prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of high-impact issues.
- Enhance Customer Relationships: Maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders and provide expert guidance to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud security and provide insights to improve product features and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the cloud security domain.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certifications in cloud security or related fields are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $160,000-$220,000. This range represents total compensation and may include incentive pay, equity, or benefits as applicable.
