What You'll Do
- Collaborate on deploying and extending Netradyne Intelligence-powered Agents that automate critical workflows aligned with our safety and operations goals.
- Support coaching programs by prioritizing drivers, preparing coaching sessions, and routing effective feedback.
- Compile incident records, evidence, and FNOL details to accelerate response and resolution.
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPI-reports that translate driver behavior, fuel efficiency, and operating trends into business outcomes.
- Enable real-time preventive actions with in-cab alerts and context-aware guidance to help drivers correct risk on the road.
- Extend team capacity by automating reporting, coaching, incident response, and other workflows without adding manual work.
What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience with AI-powered safety and fleet-operations platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work with safety, claims, fuel, maintenance, and operations teams to drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align goals with executives and drivers.
- Familiarity with incident data, drive time analysis, and coaching workflows is a plus.
