About the Role The role supports packing finished products on a production line, either manually or with machine/robot assistance. You will operate and maintain the equipment in your area and act as the System Owner or Equipment Owner for that area.
What You'll Do
- Pack products on the line for labeling and packaging, using manual methods or with machine/robot assistance.
- Act as System Owner or Equipment Owner for your area and operate and maintain the equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to solve production and equipment issues and look for ways to improve throughput and reliability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven practical background applying operational skills to solving production and equipment related issues.
- Willing and able to suggest and implement changes to improve equipment reliability or throughput.
- Proven experience in operational skills, good innovation skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills.
- A can-do attitude with good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
