About the Role The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) is hiring Plant Technicians at the Browns Summit, NC facility to help run and maintain the latest production technology and equipment for top brands. You will work on a team responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining high quality. This entry-level role offers onboarding and opportunities to grow into electrical, quality assurance, safety and hygiene, and other areas of expertise. What You'll Do
- Run high-speed production lines and packing equipment
- Control the process from a computer terminal
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Maintain accurate records and data
- Be involved from Day 1, influence situations and solve business problems
- Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and development programs; pursue advancement and skill development
- Uphold a safe work environment and maintain production standards What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Willing to work day shift or night shift
- Able to wear required PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
- Physical ability: lift up to 50 pounds, climb/stand/move on stairs, ladders, platforms; enter confined spaces; stand on concrete floors for extended periods
- Ability to operate, maintain, and clean automated equipment; display strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., clamp truck, forklift, hand trucks) Nice to Have

- Starting Pay: $24.64 per hour, plus an additional $0.50 - $2.00 per hour based on work schedule
