About the Role The Operations and Production Technician operates and maintains machines in the plant's production processes, ensuring smooth and efficient production. This role follows detailed procedures, works under direct supervision, and supports the team and organization in targeted areas.
What You'll Do
- Operate machines and equipment according to safety and quality guidelines.
- Maintain machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report any problems or malfunctions in machines or equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting machine or equipment issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma holders in industrial fields from institutes and industrial high schools; preferably recent graduates with 0-3 years' manufacturing experience.
- Basic knowledge of operating and maintaining machines.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
