Job title: Plant Technician
About the Role Responsible for production processes that transform rolls of raw materials into its final form prior to packaging. Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area and operates and maintains the equipment. Works across multiple product lines including Floss Making (Spinning and Coating), Brush Bristling, Family Care, Feminine Care and Baby Care.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain equipment in your assigned area to convert rolls of raw materials into the final form prior to packaging.
- Act as System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area.
- Support production processes across Floss Making (Spinning and Coating), Brush Bristling, Family Care, Feminine Care and Baby Care.
- Ensure safety by wearing required PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes) and following procedures.
- Work rotating shifts as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Willing to wear required safety PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
- Willing to work rotating shifts
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $26.83 per hour.
- Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
- Relocation is generally not paid.
