About the Role Plant Technicians at the Green Bay Plant help run, maintain, and optimize high-speed production equipment for leading brands. This entry-level role offers hands-on growth and a path to expand into electrical, quality assurance, safety, and other areas while keeping production flowing and quality high.
What You'll Do
- Operate high-speed converting and packing equipment and control the process from a computer terminal
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
- Maintain accurate records and data related to production
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, clamp truck, hand trucks) and support shift operations
- Embrace ownership from day one and be ready to rotate shifts including weekends as required
What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts (24/7) and weekends
- Able to wear required PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
- Able to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 45 pounds multiple times per shift, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment; strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Interest in expanding into electrical, quality assurance, safety and hygiene or other areas of expertise
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $26.94/hour, with potential to earn $34.91/hour in the first year
