Section: Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant activities and operational teams
- Monitor compliance with operating procedures
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Laboratory and HSE teams
- Monitor plant conditions and escalate abnormalities
- Support production plans and operational schedules
- Ensure proper shift handovers and accurate records
- Monitor safety, housekeeping and operational standards
- Report equipment, process or manpower issues
- Support efficient use of plant resources and materials
- Prepare daily operational reports
Section: Requirements
- OND in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or a related Science discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good supervisory ability
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in an industrial plant environment
- Candidates living in Ode Remo or nearby communities are preferred
