About this role
Plant operations leadership role focused on safety, continuous improvement and people development within a manufacturing environment. You will lead a team of Supervisors, Technicians, Specialists and Operators, ensuring alignment across operations, planning and support functions. You will drive improvements based on KPIs while fostering safety and sustainability.
Create and sustain a proactive operational environment focused on safety, employee wellbeing and environmental excellence; eliminate risks that could lead to serious harm. Lead transformation of current work practices by challenging the status quo and promoting new ways of working. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and the quality management system. Apply critical and commercial thinking to make timely, effective decisions aimed at improving the business’s profitability.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (other degrees will be considered). Demonstrated experience in industrial operations management and in developing people. Advanced/fluent English for regular communication with other plants and support functions. Proven experience managing KPI-driven operations and delivering measurable improvements.
