About the Role The Plant Manager provides leadership and direction to the Operations, Purchasing, and Production Control staff. This role manages all site operations functions to ensure the safest, most efficient operations with the highest level of quality, including oversight of plant productivity, operational efficiency, costs, and customer delivery targets.
