About the Role The Plant Manager provides leadership and direction to the Operations, Purchasing, and Production Control staff and is responsible for managing all site operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, quality, and meeting customer delivery targets.
What You'll Do
- Lead and direct Operations, Purchasing, and Production Control to optimize plant productivity and performance.
- Manage all site operations functions to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and adherence to customer delivery schedules.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve operational objectives for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Drive productivity and financial performance by meeting or exceeding cost and efficiency objectives.
