About the Role
The Plant Manager provides the leadership and direction to the Operations, Purchasing, and Production Control staff. Manage all site operations related functions in the safest and most efficient manner ensuring the highest level of quality is maintained. This includes managing all functions affecting plant productivity, operational efficiency, costs, and customer delivery targets.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategies to achieve operational objectives for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Ensure meeting productivity and financial objectives, driving operational efficiency, cost control, and on-time customer delivery
- Lead and direct the Operations, Purchasing, and Production Control staff to maintain safety, efficiency, and quality across site operations
