About the Role This role leads the strategic direction, leadership, and overall administration of plant operations at Silent-Aire's Gilbert, AZ facility, overseeing staffing and production across multiple departments to drive throughput, revenue, and product quality. The position also focuses on building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors and ensuring the plant's plans are integrated with broader strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic direction, leadership, and overall administration of plant operations across multiple departments/value streams; oversee staffing and production; develop and direct the production team to drive throughput, revenue, and quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and department managers; ensure integration of strategic plans within the plant facilities.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety and well-being; work with EH&S Specialist to ensure we are OH&S compliant across all functions of the plant; be compliant with all EHSIS reporting requirements for the plant; lead and participate in Zero Harm Culture program and initiatives.
- Lead and monitor plant performance over multiple shifts with daily reporting against goals.
