Role Summary
- This is a turnaround role. You will take full responsibility for running a plastic manufacturing plant:
- Injection molding and blow molding.
- Goal: Cut waste, increase output, reduce downtime, and build SOPs so the plant runs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant Management: Oversee Production, Maintenance, QA, Stores, and HSE for 2 shifts
- Efficiency: Reduce material waste to 75%. Reduce machine downtime
- Cost Control: Own production cost per kg. Hit monthly budget
- Quality: Ensure all paint buckets and other products meet customer specs. Reduce customer rejects o
