Plant HR Specialist

About the Role CNH Industrial is seeking a Plant HR Specialist to join the Wichita, Kansas manufacturing plant (Skid Steer and Track Loader CE R&D Center). The HR role acts as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting a positive, proactive, high‑performance workplace culture with a focus on employee relations in a non‑union environment. What You'll Do

• Act as a business partner to employees and management at the Wichita plant, building strong working relationships and helping translate business needs into HR actions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to floor supervisors on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and performance management.
• Promote open communication, fairness, and consistency to support a positive employee relations environment.
• Conduct thorough and timely investigations of employee concerns, misconduct, or workplace conflicts, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Identify trends, risks, or emerging issues in the workforce and partner with the HR Manager and operations team to develop proactive solutions.
• Administer and interpret company HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards.
• Maintain records and documentation related to employee relations and HR activities. What We're Looking For

• Ability to coach supervisors, interpret policies, manage performance, and handle workplace investigations.
• Effective communication and collaboration across plant leadership, operations, and HR.
