About the Role Seeking a Plant HR Generalist for our flagship Special Metals plant. The HR Generalist acts as a key partner in designing and implementing human resource management and development systems to deliver a workforce that will succeed in executing Cannon-Muskegon’s strategic objectives. This role requires grit, perseverance, strong business acumen, factory floor presence, production/operations focus, and leadership potential.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a key partner in designing and implementing human resource management and development systems and related processes to support Cannon-Muskegon’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure safety and compliance with company and regulatory EH&S standards on site.
- Partner with operations leadership to deliver HR programs that enable safe, efficient, and compliant production.
- Collaborate with management to attract, develop, and retain talent aligned with plant goals.
