About the Role The Plant Healthcare Technician will perform fertilization and pest management on trees, shrubs and lawns, diagnose pests and diseases, and educate clients. This on-site, full-time role is based in Austin, TX and involves operating spray equipment and trucks while adhering to safety trainings. What You'll Do
- Diagnose pests and diseases and apply treatments to landscapes
- Perform fertilization and pest management on trees, shrubs and lawns
- Operate trucks and sprayers to apply treatments
- Communicate with clients to educate on plant health and service plans
- Complete required company training and safety courses; hold a valid driver's license What We're Looking For
- Identify and diagnose pests and diseases

- Valid driver's license and ability to operate trucks and sprayers
- Ability to communicate with clients effectively Nice to Have
- Experience operating sprayers and trucks
