Job Description The Plant Head at Olam Agri is responsible for overall management of day to day plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost effective manufacturing. The role oversees all core plant functions including production, processing, quality, engineering, projects, and QEHS while ensuring compliance with food safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Based at Kaduna, the Plant Head drives operational excellence, cost efficiency, and workforce productivity, working closely with central functions to deliver consistent performance and continuous improvement in line with Olam Agri's manufacturing standards
