About the Role The Plant Finance Lead provides financial leadership and strategic business partnership across Harwell (UK), Laval (Canada), and an External Drug Product CMO to shape the financial performance of advanced manufacturing operations while ensuring efficient, compliant production. The role collaborates with cross-functional leaders across Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and External Operations and leverages innovative digital and Generative AI-enabled approaches to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and operational decision-making in Moderna's global mRNA platform. What You'll Do
- Provide financial leadership and business partnership across manufacturing operations supporting Harwell (UK), Laval (Canada), and an External Drug Product CMO.
- Deliver financial transparency, operational excellence, and informed decision-making while ensuring efficient, compliant manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with leaders across Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and External Operations; gain exposure to digital and Generative AI-enabled approaches that enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
