Job title: Plant Controller

About the Role The Plant Controller will provide financial leadership at the plant level, ensuring internal control compliance while driving cost efficiency, profitability, and operational performance. This role partners with plant and operations leadership to support production through cost analysis, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Act as financial leader at the plant level, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Lead cost analysis, month-end closing, and financial reporting; support operations with decision-making.
• Partner with operations, production, and supply chain to improve profitability and cost efficiency; drive EBIT optimization.
• Manage inventory and production cost tracking; monitor P&L, efficiency reports, cost/kg, and sales analysis.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning; drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Prepare P&L, variance analysis (standard vs. actual), and cost controls; deliver actionable insights.
• Leverage SAP S/4HANA, Hyperion, and Advanced Excel for reporting and planning.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and influence leadership to drive outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in plant finance and cost accounting; proven experience in cost analysis, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Experience working with operations, production, and supply chain teams; exposure to profitability improvement initiatives (EBIT optimization).
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and GAAP; variance analysis (standard vs. actual costs) and cost control.
• Inventory management and production cost tracking; financial reporting (P&L, efficiency reports, cost/kg, sales analysis).
• Forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Systems knowledge: SAP S4/Hana, Hyperion; Advanced Excel.
• Skills & Competencies: strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex financial data and support decision-making; fluent English.
