Job title: Plant Controller
Autoliv is seeking a Plant Controller to join our team and oversee the financial management of the ROLUCT Plant in Lugoj, Romania. You will drive financial statements, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis to support the division's objectives.
What You'll Do
- Prepare financial statements and reports in collaboration with other departments.
- Coordinate and provide input for short-term operating budgets.
- Compile essential reports for local and corporate management.
- Actively contribute to transfer pricing.
- Serve as Strategic Business Partner with the Division's management team to achieve financial objectives.
- Oversee monthly financial closure and follow up with Division management.
- Manage cost control, product costing, and profitability analysis.
- Play an active role in financial audits and ensure compliance with local and group procedures and SOX requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance/Controlling.
- University degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in US GAAP reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of international accounting standards.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
- SAP experience is a plus.
