About the Role Planning Intern - Supply Chain role supporting planning activities across demand, sourcing and supply to ensure products reach the right place at the right time. - Support demand planning activities and the planning calendar execution.
- Assist with purchase order creation, modifications, cancellations, and system maintenance.
- Support pre-order setup and order creation processes.
- Follow up on SMS (Sample Management System) activities to ensure timely execution.
- Upload first confirmations into the system and perform data validation checks.
- Perform system data validations to ensure accuracy and support operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of planning activities. What We're Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with systems and large volumes of data.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proactive, curious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment. Nice to Have
- Advanced Excel skills are a plus. Compensation & Benefits
