Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Owning the site supply planning process.
- Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process.
- Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
- Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics.
- 7+ years in supply chain, planning, or logistics roles; experience with greenfield or plant startup strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, PP, WM modules) and WMS implementation or deployment.
- Solid understanding of Mexican customs regulations, IMMEX/maquiladora schemes, and cross-border logistics.
- Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Strong project management skills; capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required; analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
