Planner II - Production
While reporting to the Administrative Manager, the position schedules orders and plans production jobs for the assigned equipment. The position is responsible to schedule jobs to minimize changeover and downtime, to include routine preventive maintenance, and to meet customer demands.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing production schedules to meet finished goods requirements while minimizing changeovers, downtime, and inventory. Scheduling freight for finished good shipments to customers. Planning, scheduling, and procuring materials for manufacturing of product. Reviewing production schedules for changes. Expediting supplier deliveries as required. Generating production work orders as needed.
