Job Objective
Responsible for identifying, cultivating, closing and stewarding planned and estate gift commitments to grow the organization’s long‑term endowment and strengthen the future major‑gift pipeline. Focuses exclusively on planned/estate gifts while collaborating with Annual Fund, Major Gifts colleagues, Thompson & Associates and external advisors.
Job Description:
Education
- Required: Associate’s degree or additional two (2) years of related experience in lieu of associate’s degree
- Preferred: Juris Doctorate or advanced training in estate/planned giving
Licensure/Certification:
- Required: California Driver License and current insurance
Experience

Required: Three (3) years of fundraising/wealth management/estate planning or related experience

Preferred: Planned giving experience; experience working with legal, financial and real estate advisors and external consultants
