Job title: Pisos y Ama de Llaves

The Public Areas Attendant (Pisos y Ama de Llaves) is responsible for cleaning, tidying and maintaining the hotel's public areas to ensure a safe and exceptional guest experience. You will work across corridors, entrances, elevators, bathrooms, lobby, transit zones and exterior areas, ensuring spaces are spotless and well organized.

What You'll Do

• Clean and tidy assigned public areas: corridors, entrances, elevators, bathrooms, lobby, transit zones and exterior areas.
• Replenish consumables and amenities in public bathrooms and other common areas, following department standards.
• Immediately report any malfunctions or incidents to the Housekeeping Manager or maintenance.
• Manage waste removal from public areas and keep containers clean according to procedures.
• Support the department in additional tasks such as window cleaning, furniture, exterior areas or special events.
• Keep the cart and work equipment organized, ensuring adequate stock and compliance with safety norms.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Secondary Education (ESO). Valued training in cleaning or maintenance of common areas.
• Languages: Spanish (other languages valued).
• Specific knowledge: Cleaning techniques and proper use of products; hygiene, safety and basic equipment handling.
• Organization, speed, discretion and service orientation.
• Experience: 1 year in a similar role in hospitality or cleaning services.
