Job title: Piping Project Manager
Pay Range: $120-150K/year
We are partnering with our client to identify a highly skilled Industrial Piping Project Manager. The Piping Manager will contribute to the overall success of our client and their heavy industrial and piping customers throughout the planning, budgeting, construction and post-construction project phases. This person will use their experience and knowledge of piping construction principles to ensure all goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within safety guidelines, quality, schedule and budget requirements. He/she will provide leadership to the project team and work with those involved to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Works collaboratively with heavy industrial/piping customers, as well as the client's Design/Build team, in estimating and executing construction and maintenance projects.
- Using knowledge of piping construction principles, prepares and provides bids to customers using approved design specifications.
- Follows-up with customers on bid proposals and executes all paperwork to secure commitment to initiate the project.
- Accountable for recurring revenue from current customers, clients, and Sales Team. Cultivating
