Pipe Tally

About the Role The Pipe Tally role at Saipem focuses on implementing and operating the Pipe Tracking System (PTS) to ensure accurate pipe records aligned with project requirements. You will support offshore and ashore operations by validating data, preparing documentation, and ensuring correct segregation of non-conforming pipes. What You'll Do

• Implement the Pipe Tracking System Software (PTS) and ensure correct issuing of Pipe Tracking System Records per applicable requirements.
• Verify hardware availability, setup, and functional status before offshore operations.
• Ensure PTS setup prior to offshore/marshalling yard/prefabrication yard operations aligns with project requirements.
• Operate PTS during Load out activities ashore within Corporate and Project Guidelines.
• Operate PTS during Prefabrication activities ashore within Corporate and Project Guidelines.
• Ensure that prior to offshore operations start up, applicable soft PTS Data Input has been cleared within barge/Vessel PTS infrastructures and that all records are approved by involved parties.
• Operate PTS during offshore operations within Corporate and Project Guidelines.
• Identify Non-Conforming Pipes and ensure correct segregation and rejection as applicable.
• Collect QC Inspection Records information/results to be entered into PTS per project procedure.
• Prepare PTS printouts, ensure correct data input has been cleared and in order to make relevant records available for Client approval as per established frequency.
• Ensure that Surplus/Damaged/Rejected Pipes Return activities are carried out within schedule procedures/work instructions.
• Ensure correct pipes reconciliation figures as per above scheme. What We're Looking For
• Education: Master’s Degree/bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 3 years as a Pipe Tally within Oil & Gas Industry
• Languages: English language skills required
• Technical Skills: Experience with pipeline color coding
• Technical Skills: Experience with pipeline activities Compensation & Benefits
